Clay and Jenny Fulks created Anchor Eyewear out of their home in Hendersonville, TN. The idea of a better way to anchor his sunglasses, eyeglasses, or dental loupes came to Clay in 2015 as an internal cable that could extend behind the neck and connect with a magnet. In 2016 their third child was born with a terminal liver disease that required many surgeries and hospitalizations and ultimately a liver transplant in 2018 to save his life. It was after this tumultuous time that the previous idea was reborn into a powerful vision and the journey really began. This ANCHOR is more than just "a device used to hold something firmly in place," it is a symbol for the ability to be Strong and Courageous and remain firm in one's beliefs and goals. This patented idea will be ideal for all types of sunglasses, eyeglasses, medical/dental loupes, and safety glasses. We are currently in the design phase and products will be available for purchase in 2020. Much more to come. . .
